Every week, EC Montreal meets with its departing students to get feedback on their EC experience. This feedback is essential in hearing directly from our students and what they expected from their language adventure in Montreal. This week, we met with students from Brazil, Mexico, Korea and Germany.

I loved my experience at EC Montreal. My teachers Peter and Cristina are amazing teachers. The best that I had in my life! My host family was also amazing. I am feeling as if I am in my own home. The EC school is a good school and all of the staff were amazing with me. I think the class list could be clearer. I would love to be back here soon.

I had no information before. I liked that the teachers have good skills. I lived in homestay which was recommended by my agency. I chose to come to Montreal because it is a bilingual city and I wanted to learn French. I studied both English and French. I improved a lot in French since I came here not knowing a single word in this language. My favorite EC activity was going bowling because I had never done it before. I loved how dynamic the classes are. I loved the hospitality of my accommodation. I will recommend EC to a friend. My new friends come from Switzerland, Germany, Colombia and also Brazil. I came here for improving my French. I chose Canada because I have already traveled a lot in Europe and now I want to see something new. It was great to meet all the new people in school and also to learn more about their cultures. I would like to speak more about different cultures also during the lessons. We only learn about the Canadian way. At the beginning, it was really difficult for me to understand Canadian French. It is very different from the French in France. I didn’t like it when other students came too late or use their mobile phones in class. I enjoyed my stay, also because I can learn English and French.
