EC staff joined other supporters yesterday for the 16th annual race for the cure, 5K, walk/run in Balboa Park.
This year the race was dedicated to Sharon Stephens, who lost her battle with breast cancer this year.
The next Susan G. Komen foundation event will take place next week. This is an event that attracts a lot of people who come together to raise money for the cure of breast cancer. In addition to raising money, they also walk 60 miles over the course of three days. It will take place in San Diego on November 15th-17th & November 16th-18th.
